1. Services
Dev India IT Services provides website development, mobile app development, ERP software, CRM solutions, digital marketing, and related IT services. The scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project are defined in the project proposal or agreement shared with the client before work begins.
2. Project Engagement
- All projects begin after mutual agreement on scope, timeline, and pricing.
- A formal quotation or proposal will be shared before project commencement.
- Changes to the agreed scope may result in revised timelines and costs.
3. Payment Terms
- Payment terms are outlined in the project proposal.
- Typically, an advance payment (30-50%) is required before project commencement.
- Balance payment is due upon project completion and before final handover.
- We accept bank transfers, UPI, and online payment methods.
4. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, the client owns the rights to the custom deliverables created specifically for their project.
- Dev India retains ownership of proprietary frameworks, templates, and reusable code components.
- We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
5. Warranties & Support
- We provide a bug-free warranty period (typically 30 days) after project delivery.
- Post-warranty support and maintenance are available under separate AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) agreements.
- Warranty does not cover issues arising from client modifications, third-party plugins, or hosting environment changes.
6. Cancellation & Refund
- Either party may cancel a project with written notice.
- If the client cancels, payment for work already completed is non-refundable.
- If Dev India is unable to deliver, a pro-rata refund will be provided for undelivered work.
7. Limitation of Liability
Dev India IT Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
